EXPLORE the Ancient Art of Encaustics, Collage & More
Learn the foundational techniques of painting with beeswax, tree resin and pigments known as encaustics. Dive even deeper by exploring the world of collage through adding alternative materials such as handmade papers, photographs, and found objects you will weave together with wax to create rich, vibrant and textural images.
Supplies will be provided AND you are encouraged to bring personal items such as
papers, yarns, threads, magazine images or photo copies of images you are inspired to work with. Wear your painting attire or bring an apron!
