This energy can also bring a sense of

Scientists classify solar flares according to their X-ray brightness, in the wavelength range. Flare classes also have names: A, B, C, M, and X, with A being the tiniest and X being the largest (note M is closest to the largest). They generally cause brief radio blackouts that affect Earth’s polar regions and minor radiation storms sometimes follow an M-class flare. Read more at

DOWN TO EARTH NEWS

ALL OF THE ELEMENTALS
As long as I can remember, I have been invoking the basic elements; earth, air, fire, water, ether and I include plasma, neutrinos, gamma and all those elements yet unknown to man . . . as a part of any of the work I do in the realm of healing or sacred symbols readings and including my hypnosis sessions. Now, more than ever, I can see how allowing insights through the acknowledgement of these forces in our life can help us to align our awareness with what is true, gives us clear action steps and is filled with grace and beauty.
Appreciation for the elements bring in the understanding of perspective and supports us in seeing the bigger picture so that we do no feel that everything is so personal. Yes, we are having a personal experience in each and every moment, yet most of what is happening in the cosmos and our surrounding environment is simply happening due to greater forces and their interconnection. By partnering or listening to the wisdom of the Elementals, rather than feeling that we are a victim of circumstances, we are given the opportunity to see ourselves as co-creators with these greater forces. This in turn allows space for the amplification of our intentions and brings amazing clarity about how we can achieve our true end result.
The elements as metaphor encourages the idea of alignment and the recognition that change is inevitable and the truth is, we are all moving toward our own evolutionary unfolding, which includes the fact that we are changing, morphing and becoming another form of consciousness outside of this human skin suit we are wearing. But before I jump that far into the future, lets explore one of the most fundamental forms of how we see and utilize these elements, through light.
Let’s start at the beginning; Elementary my dear Watson! These words have been assigned to Sherlock Holmes, even though its a known fact that he never said these exact words in any of the classic tales written by Arthur Conan Doyle. Instead, the phrase was synthesized by the readers and enthusiasts of the legendary detective. So put on your investigative hat and grab your looking glass into your infinite imagination and follow the breadcrumbs with me!
WHAT IS LIGHT?
Light is defined as the electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths between 380 and 750 nm which is visible to the human eye. It is electromagnetic radiation that shows properties of both waves and particles. It is a form of energy. Light also keeps the Earth warm. Light exists in tiny energy packets called photons. Each wave has a wavelength or frequency.
Light is essential to our health and well being because it regulates our sleep-wake cycle. It can also help with our daily routines: from bright functional light to keep you energized and up your concentration level, to warm light that creates a cozy ambiance that helps you to unwind in the evening. Physicists have found that between 240,000 and 300,000 years after the Big Bang, at time known as the Era of Recombination, was the moment of the first light in the universe. This was the first time that photons could rest for a second, attached as electrons to atoms. It was at this point that the universe went from being totally opaque, to transparent.
Light is responsible for all life, for the production of the air that we breathe, the cycles of our oceans, the magnetic fields around our planet, gravity, warmth and our weather. If you look at the graph above, you will notice that our understanding or experience of light is very limited. The area of visible light for humans is barely a sliver in the full light spectrum and rests between Ultra-violet and Infrared where typically, the human eye can detect wavelengths from 380 to 700 nm or nanometers.
FUN FACTS ABOUT COLOR
Yellow is the most visible color of all the colors, it is the first color that the human eye notices. As an artist, I wonder if it is coincidence, or no accident at all, that for as far back as recorded history illustrates, the idea of the the greater forces, God, Great Spirit, All That Is, etc, has depicted the aura, halo or angelic energy field as yellow, gold or golden. There are also colors known as “forbidden colors”, red-green and yellow-blue that are composed of pairs of hues whose light frequencies automatically cancel each other out in the human eye and which are supposed to be impossible to see simultaneously. The phenomena of color blindness doesn’t effect the majority of the population but quite a large number of people are color blind. In 2020 it was noted that 300 million people have color vision deficiency. 1 in 12 men are color blind (8%). 1 in 200 women are color blind (0.5%).

X-RAY VISION + THE VIOLET RAY
My medical intuition mentor, Tina Zion, is known for using the metaphor of imagining that you have X-Ray Eyes to ’see’ inside a client’s body, to know and understand what is truly going on with a person’s health. Again, if you look at the bottom of the graph, you will notice that if you were developing that ability, you would be moving from the Ultra-violet spectrum into the X-ray field and then into the Gamma Rays, which we know are very high, fast moving frequencies and emit the violet light spectrum. I have a device I’ve owned for over 25 years now that emits a violet ray of electrical energy through a glass bulb for healing of the skin and tissue below, which reminds me of a friend from Greece who was an esthetician Chicago who used a similar device in her facials for stimulation and disinfection.
During the early days of my meditation and energy work practice, I was introduced to the idea of invoking the violet light or the violet ray, through a group who studied the teachings of Saint Germain. Count Saint Germain is a legendary spiritual master of ancient wisdom in various Theosophical teachings, who has been described as an inventor and alchemist. Surrounding the theosophical society emblem it states: There is no religion higher than truth. This is something I feel we are all seeking these days more than ever.
In my own exploration of theosophy, I was also fascinated by the Tibetan disciple from “The Ageless Wisdom” esoteric tradition known as a Djwhal Kuhl, (‘Djwal Kul’, or the ‘Master D.K.’, ‘D.K.’, or simply ‘DK’). DK was said to be a spiritual guide of mankind and a teacher of ancient cosmological, metaphysical and esoteric principles that form the origin of all the world’s great philosophies, mythologies and spiritual traditions and was associated with the wisdom of light frequency. These masters of consciousness were said to be transmitting higher frequencies of light and the understanding that we are infinite and eternal beings of awareness.
LIGHT IS INFORMATION
Humans give off mostly infrared radiation, which is electromagnetic radiation with a frequency lower than visible light. We know that many animals and insects see greater and extremely different fields of information, that we have no capability of seeing with our eyes and their limited field of perception. There is literally so much that we do not see, let alone understand, about being human and life on this small blue marble. So what does this mean for us as a species as we move into a whole new reality of the future? I believe that scientists like Michio Kaku and many of the great wisdom keepers of our time can enlighten the path before us.
In the realm of heath and the science of our eyesight Kaku states: “the human eye can recognize the equivalent of about a million pixels, and a person needs at least 600 pixels to identify faces and familiar objects.) A German company is experimenting with an artificial retina with 1,500 pixels that, if successful, might allow a vision-impaired person to function almost normally. Blind individuals who have tried these artificial retinas have been amazed that they can see colors and outlines of images. It is only a matter of time before we have artificial retinas that can rival human eyesight. And beyond that, it may be possible for an artificial retina to see “colors” corresponding to things that are invisible to the human eye.”
IN THE BIG PICTURE
“If we scan all the life-forms that have ever existed on the Earth, from microscopic bacteria to towering forests, lumbering dinosaurs, and enterprising humans, we find that more than 99.9 percent of them eventually became extinct. This means that extinction is the norm, that the odds are already stacked heavily against us. With that said, no wonder much of the newly inspired space research is focusing on getting humans to other planets. As of 2020, three flight-worthy Orion spacecraft were under construction, with an additional one ordered, for use in NASA’s Artemis program; the first of these was due to be launched September 2022 on Artemis 1. Orion is NASA’s new spacecraft, built to take humans farther into space than they’ve ever gone before. The vision is that it will carry a crew to space, provide emergency abort capability, sustain the crew and provide a safe return to Earth. After delays with the first launch, a second is now scheduled. Many billionaires who are tired of the lumbering pace of NASA bureaucrats are also putting their riches into private enterprise that is taking over manned space programs and no surprise want to commercialize outer space.

I am content to be inspired by the words of Thich Nhat Hanh who said, now more than ever, we need to use the sword of understanding to free ourselves and others from labels through mindfulness and deep listening.
