EVERYTHING IS CHANGING
I am sending this last NEWS post to let the few who follow know that I have been doing a lot of deep reviewing about what I spend my time doing and what direction I want to go with my work in the world. It began a year ago with my move from Asheville, NC to Ashland, OR. As I settle in with the season of introspection upon us, I have decided to no longer post a NEWS-letter and focus instead on my YouTube channel and short REELS on Facebook in the future. I will also post NEWS about events and classes.
Making new choices with patterns an behaviors is essential in this rapidly changing world filled with information overload. Much of which we are discovering is not completely true with the growing use of AI.

DETOXIFICATION
At the end of October I will have completed a 5 month Heavy Metal Detox that has been quite the roller coaster and overall quite profound. Many of you know that I lived in Asheville NC almost 20 years and the aftermath of its power had me in shock for a couple of weeks. I have been experiencing profound waves of grief along with deep gratitude that Spirit urged me for a long time to move and I listened.
