In the new reality Soul will be the supreme force, consciousness of the interpenetration of the visible and invisible realms will be the most valuable thing, and anything will be possible. TOOLS FOR TRANSFORMATION
I have always been attracted to tools. Tools of all kinds; tools for art, carpentry, bee keeping, healing, and cooking, you name it, I’ve tried them, and studied their magic by the practical application of them in a broad spectrum of crafts and practices. I have learned that even gratitude can be a vital tool, whether you’re in recovery from substance use disorder or struggling with other personal challenges such as relationship problems, economic hardship, mental health issues, illness and grief, because everything is energy.

The practice of gratitude can help retrain your brain to reorient it out of despair. In fact studies show that feelings of gratitude can regulate cortisol production in your brain and reduce anxiety and stress. Similar to giving, gratitude triggers the brain to release neurotransmitters and hormones associated with happiness, including dopamine and serotonin.

With the massive changes happening to and in our world today, the benefits of having tools for self-care are essential to assist us in navigating the shifts in frequency happening all around us. We know that specific frequencies are linked to patterns in numerology and geometry, and are said to have effects on the body and mind, such as: 174 Hz relieves pain and stress. 285 Hz heals tissues and organs. 396 Hz liberates the listener from fear and guilt. These are just a few examples.

THE LAW OF FREQUENCY + TIME
So what is the law of frequency and how does it relate to time?
In a nutshell it is a
principle of association stating that the more often ideas, events (e.g., stimuli and responses), co-occur, the stronger the connections between them. Frequency is most often measured in hertz or Hz, by
dividing the number of times an event occurs by the length of a unit of time. In physics and mathematics, time is often considered the fourth dimension, in addition to the three dimensions of space (length, width, and height). This concept is known as fourth-dimensional space-time.

You don’t need to be a scientist or a physicist to feel the vibe when you enter a room or meet someone. We are all designed to know through our intuition and extrasensory abilities what is happening in the field around us. What if we are on a new frontier of reality? One where time does not exist in the linear fashion we were conditioned to believe was the only truth . . . how will you choose to navigate this journey into the future?

You are simply attuning to another frequency, where time does not exist. You are evolving to a frequency that resonates with the quintessential vibratory essence of the fourth dimension. Through the chaos that abounds there, on Earth, where you can only wonder if your planet can survive the madness, you are unquestionably beginning to segue into the fourth dimension.  — Patricia Cori, The New Sirian Revelations: Galactic Prophecies from the Sixth Dimension

We are made of mud and starlight, bone and breath, and our sense of self ideally arises from this alchemy of heaven and earth, moment to moment, in the specific conditions of our lives.  Daniel Foor

SACRED SYMBOLS: READING THE BONES
The ancient art of divination, also known as Reading the Bones is a sacred ceremony created with an intention for clarity and healing. An offering is made with gratitude for the unseen realms that allow us to navigate across the veil within a sacred space. I journey beyond space/time to access information from the Great Mystery.

The tools of this process utilize everyday curios (objects) to reflect an energetic representation of people, places, ideas, or experiences that make up your life’s story within the context of the greater realms or cycles. You can address a personal question or inquire about events, relationships or your ancestral lineage.

My divination training was imparted through the lineage of  Traditional Doctor P.H. Mtshali, a Zulu Sangoma, or shaman, via my mentor Sangoma Gogo Gretchen Krilly McKay. This year-long mentorship was a culmination of many years of shamanic training with native teachers around the world and in the United States.

TESTIMONIAL: Thank you so much for the Sacred Space I was held in today. I have so much more energy, peace and flow coming in already! AND I am in gratitude for the support, guidance and skills you have cultivated to be able to help me. It is truly a gift beyond what I could have seen! — JBird H

TOOLS FOR JOURNEYING THE UNSEEN REALMS
Sacred Fan with an open heart and gratitude for this opportunity to clear and release what no longer serves, may I bring light into the hearts of all those I come in contact with. Aho!

The peacock feather, with its ocellated (eye-like) spot, is attached to the head of the Chinese mandarin (an important public official or bureaucrat) in a position somewhat similar to the pineal gland in the human head (lying backward), and as a symbol of dignity or an enlightened condition accompanying greatness may have a similar origin. In occultism the pineal gland is regarded as a link between the objective and subjective states of consciousness: or, in exoteric terminology, (the external workings of existence that is seen and pertaining to what is seen), the visible and invisible worlds of Nature. — The Pineal Gland: The Eye of God by Manly P. Hall
