Ancestral or Shamanic Healing is one of the most ancient spiritual practices known to man. The word Shaman comes from the Tungus people of Siberia, which describes a spiritual healer who communicates with Helping Spirits through journeying in an expanded state of awareness, or sees light in the dark.
