Basic supplies will be provided for the foundation. And participants will need to bring images or personal items they wish to incorporate into their pieces to make it their own. This simple practice can be an insightful and powerful healing tool for your entire lineage!
You may also want to include found objects, special fabrics and/or papers you have to embellish with. Select free fabric scraps are available at the Fiber Arts Collective.
