CONNECTIONS ALIGN US TO DIVINE SOURCE
In these times of chaos and transformation, I find that the most grounding and nourishing thing I can do for myself is to return to the basics. The intellect cannot possibly figure things out, no matter how much we want to believe that our brilliance is in our brain! Quite the contrary, especially when we are under a lot of stress. Slow down, follow the breath, hug a person, a tree or a critter, take a bath with mineral salts, put your feet in the grass, anything that invokes a sense of gratitude!

Heartbreak is something we are experiencing on many levels since covid and the global earth changes we are witnessing. It is a Shamanic Initiation known as a dismemberment, a clearing out of the old, dense energies, so that there is space for the new. Our bodies are having to process new information through the higher frequency or quality of photonic light coming in. It is revealing information/intelligence, woven within our DNA, stirring up memories and expanding our ability to hold more light. Just as the water transmutes, our crystalline plasma is transforming and tuning us in to new channels of information. As a result we are seeing an explosion of new discoveries and inventions along with many truths being revealed about the past.
Many years of research from organizations like the HeartMath Institute illustrates that our HEART has a far greater electromagnetic field than the brain. When we are being or doing what we love we come into alignment with our divine source. This is where deep inner peace resides. We understand the essence of love and compassion for the truth about who we are and what or why we are here. This is the field of the super-conscious, the knowing field that informs us on a non-linear level or what some may know as the Akasha. Akasha or Akash (Sanskrit ākāśa आकाश) means space or sky or aether in traditional Indian cosmology.
OUR ELEMENTAL ESSENCE
Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Aether are ancient and essential! I have been following the work of crystalographer Veda Austin and the idea of that water has intelligence. By observing thousands of images, over many years she has been crystalizing or freezing water with intention, sound or imagery place on or near it. The results mirror the input, implying there must be a level of awareness or receptivity, or dare I say consciousness, within the element. I don’t pretend to know what that is truly called or fully understand how it works, yet the power of what it reveals is undeniable. We know that salt and minerals store information and water is a beautiful example of transmutation. It can be observed as a solid, liquid and gas in its process of freezing and evaporation through its evolutionary cycles.

THE NATURE OF REALITY
Another example of this level of awareness that surrounds us (and that we are made of) is what physicists like Nassim Haramein are discovering about our solar system, gravity, mass and dark matter. Once unknown because what was within them was undetectable by the naked eye, is now showing us the dynamic energy or life force that creates everything! Creations like the James Webb Telescope is a perfect example of this. Our cosmos is not just empty space with nothing happening, it is filled with more than we can imagine.

SURGES OF LIGHT
A key aspect of these intense elemental changes, is the fact that we are in the midst of a solar cycle that will be peaking around the end of the year or the beginning of 2024. Huge X & M-Class flares during the previous SuperMoon, combined with the current Full SuperMoon August 1st, is activating a quantum evolutionary leap that is encoded within each of us. Unstable geo-magnetic forces from the sun are creating chaos within our own electromagnetic fields. Astrologer Pam Gregory and scientists that she follows believe that this phenomena is bringing information about the future to the forefront.

Yoga Journal: New Moon in Leo 2023
Setting intentions is one thing, but really committing to them emotionally is another. This new Moon in Leo asks that you commit to your intentions with your entire heart, even if they feel uncertain and aren’t guaranteed to manifest. In order for your visions to begin to come to fruition, you must emotionally commit your energy to them. Trust that your intentions will appear because you are worthy of them and that they belong to you.
